Job Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all processes related to product management, including listing and catalog management and inventory updates.
- Perform digital readiness assessment to ensure product catalogues and systems meet business objectives and requirements.
- Perform initial catalogue quality control to ensure product listings are accurate, complete, and well-optimized for search and discovery based on our system requirements.
- Liaise with sellers and ERP providers to address technical matters related to product data and integration with the product management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure product requirements and targets are met and delivered on time.
- Managing a team of professionals and develop their skills and capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and experience working in an agile development environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing a product management system for a marketplace or e-commerce platform will be considered a bonus.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English languages.

Job Requirements

- Manage the catalogue import process and ensure all products are accurately and effectively listed in the product management system.
- Map categories and ensure all products are listed in the correct categories for optimal search and discovery.
- Export error reports and resolve technical issues related to the product management system.
- Implement update methods and monitor updates to ensure all product data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Liaise with sellers and ERPs to manage product data and ensure seamless integration with the product management system.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product data schemas and integration requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical aspects of a product management system, including catalogue import, category mapping, and updates.
- Experience with ERPs and integration of product data.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
